Whenever I connect the charger to my Samsung Galaxy A06 4G, it shows “fast charging” but the battery does not actually charge. However, after every restart, fast charging works properly. It’s quite annoying to restart the phone every time I need to charge it. I have also tried changing the charger cable, but that didn’t solve the problem. Please suggest a solution to this issue.

Just power off the phone before connect charger, and charge your phone in power off status. With in 1:30 hour to full charge

Samsung claims/advice to use original cable and charger block to charge a56, now here is what I think like Rtech833 has suggested to do power off due respect that is not the solution cause if you use 24 watt charger it will take 84 minutes.
Why the **bleep** do this Samsung tell us to use 45 watt charger, when sometimes it doesn't charges ?
