I am experiencing an issue with my Samsung Galaxy A24, where it fails to connect to my PC for data transfer, instead only charging, whereas another Samsung mobile connects successfully using the same cable and PC, despite attempting various troubleshooting methods such as enabling USB debugging and adjusting USB default settings.
