How to view full screen caller is on call screen?

Galaxy A
I want to have full screen caller IDs (picture), when I get a call. There is a small circle only. I have not found any option to do it in phone settings. 
Also, I dont want to use any third party applications as they are not safe.

I am using Samsunh Galaxy A31.
