Hi all I've been using this samsung A73 5g, couple of nights ago i was sitting down watching a movie at low brightness n while i paused the video i noticed lines from the mid to top of the phone which got me worried in the morning phone was fine again no signs of lines but as it was in my head i started to fiddle around with my phone n got to know it was just happening in low bright new under 30%, when the phone is on charge the issue doesn't exist has anyone else is facing the same issue? Or has anyone got the solution to it phone is still under warranty kindly help

It means it's a software issue
Because if the issue stills that mean it has hardware issue.
Just reset settings of your device.
1. Reset all settings.
2. Reset accessibility settings
3. Reset network settings

Thanks for your reply i have already tried everything seems like an hardware issue to me, hard reset done reset all settings done even updated the phone to newest version, will samsung entertain warranty claim on this issue in Pakistan?

If your device has remaining months of warranty then you should go for it.in ur respective area or a city.
