When I receive WhatsApp call, the lock or unlocked screen doesn't show the caller. I have to open application to see it. This was not the case in A5. Any help please to address this issue. Regards.

that's an issue in the app not the phone. so reinstall it and restart your phone

I think your "hide content" inside notification settings is enabled. Do check your notification settings and revert.

on many occasions, I cant hear the voice of caller nor I can make the call. I have to restart the phone to address this issue every time. Any guidance on it???
