I am facing multi touch issues in landscape mode only. Previously it was in games only. Now it is in every application in landscape mode, right after the software update.What to do??

I want to have full screen caller IDs (picture), when I get a call. There is a small circle only. I have not found any option to do it in phone settings. Also, I dont want to use any third party applications as they are not safe.I am using Samsunh Ga...
