Frame Lag after update

I'm using Galaxy A22. After the recent update of Android 13 One UI 5, the frame stucks while scrolling in some apps. Especially while swiping down on notification panel, Youtube and Instagram.

With Android 12 and One UI 4.1, scrolling and usage was very smooth with no lagging.

Yes of course it's always lag because low mid range phone has not good processor so that

Yes, that might be the case but now I miss android 12. It was **bleep** smooth on one UI 4.1. No lagging
