Fingerprint recognition failed in Jazz cash easy paisa and banking apps on A25

I recently bought samsung A25 and everything is fine but in biometric recognition of banking apps it keeps saying try again try again why?

Did you buy it used or Brand new? BTW,  Many users have reported. When did you last update it?

Yes open box phone yesterday it was issue only in a06 model but it keeps trying again and again taking pictures
