When for the s23 series?

Samsung please reopen the beta program for s23 series in india. We a lot of users couldn't enroll for the beta program. We are also the user of samsung device. So we also have the right to get access of one ui 7 beta program. Why enrolled a few users...

Those who couldn't get chance to enroll in first beta program of s23 series, will they get chance to enroll from beta 2 ?
