From last few months, I have noticed that my S10 Lite battery is draining at a faster than normal rate. My phone is 2 years old. Is this normal to have battery issues when phone is old or should I do something?

I have just yesterday updated to Android 13, and one of my apps is freezing since then. I desperately need that app for next 3 days. Can anyone tell how to rollback to android 12? My phone model is S10 Lite.
