After updating to the latest version recently, phone is not working properly. (Samsung Galaxy Note 9)Heating issues, strucks a lot, network issues, don't know what to do, can anyone help me to save my 60k mobile.

After many updates in last 4 months, my Note9 is taking almost 3hrs to get fully charged. Is this a bug or any defect in charger or handset.
