100% agreed.. A55 camera is not at all worth at its price range.. I have its older version A51 which camera is better than A55.. Dont know Samsung is upgrading devices quality with prices or degrading? :(
Check with them if they did binary software update and sensor calibration.. if they need some more information then ask them to contact Pune's service center Vedant Services
In my case they did Binary Software Update first and then Calibration.. ask your service center the same but I can't guarantee.. even I was also disappointed for this 40k phone but somehow it started working normally today so far
I had also same issue, I went to the Service center twice.. First they did binary software update but there was same issue.. Second time they did fingerprint calibration.. Seems issue resolved for me now, hopefully
