Couldn't access files on SD card/android/data folder after android 11 Update.Any help???

After recent android 10 and one ui 2 update on my Samsung a50.I lose game's internal sound when Mic is turned on.Even if I use discord or other apps for calling I still lose game's internal sound.Please resolve this asap.
