Why does Wi-Fi calling keeps getting disabled??? How so ever I try it keeps getting toggled off in a second.. any fix???

Have seen a drastic drop in the battery performance after the recent update. It wasn't like this before the update.. any suggestions??By the way I run on extremely optimized battery conditions like very low brightness and optimized refresh rate etc.....

Used 10x zoom on pro mode to capture this... S22 Ultra, 10x zoom using Pro mode.
