Why does Wi-Fi calling keeps getting disabled??? How so ever I try it keeps getting toggled off in a second.. any fix???

Have seen a drastic drop in the battery performance after the recent update.It wasn't like this before the update.. any suggestions??By the way I run on extremely optimized battery conditions like very low brightness and optimized refresh rate etc.....

Used 10x zoom on pro mode to capture this...S22 Ultra, 10x zoom using Pro mode.
