I bought a Samsung M53 phone in November 2022. Previously, even when charging, I could use the phone, and I could swipe to answer calls. Recently, after plugging in the charger, the phone's touch screen does not work! What could be the reason?

Whats the problem with Facebook.I can't open it in M53. First of all,I check in playstore and it is ok,the app is updated.Then I restarted.Fb is not working.Then I uninstall the fb and install it.Same problem.But fb lite is working.
