Hey guys, I'm currently on one ui 5. Is one ui 6 stable? Is it safe to upgrade to one ui 6?

Facing heavy drain on my M33 5G. Any idea how do I solve this? I follow the 30-85 battery rule and still face this battery drain. Please advice.
