I own a s20 plus.I bought it in March 2020 and suddenly this year it started showing green lines .There is no physical damage to the device.With news of Samsung replacing the screen for free.Can I please get more information on how I could avail it

Please release the 5g software update for s20 fe 5g as soon as possible
