Hi everyone..I downloaded latest patch for my m31 today..while installing i found an issue..I couldn't do anything neither switch off nor restart..i believe only the service centre can fix this issue..is anyone facing the same.

Thank you guys for the suggestion..there are several ways to install..but I went ahead downloading via mobile data n installed it..it is safe patch..you can go for it.
