I just reset my phone and I lost all the S Health stats from my phone..how do i get it back?also now it doesn't suggest the sleep tracking time... it doesn't track at all

it's a original Samsung Card given along with the device. many users with it. have you updated to latest software?

I emailed Samsung and they seem to have no clue of such a problem. literally everyone has it.
