typing lacking. software lacking. still waiting for update

still no updated patch for j7 pro ...??? phone is still hanging. keypaid still lacking.. what samsung is doing. really disappointed by bad service

we really gets fedup of it. please release new patch or somthing. because ph is really getting slow. and keypaid is acting like worst day by day. really take it serious. we really get fed up of it.
