j7 pro keyboard typing issue

is his issue is also happening before dec patch update??? please sombdy give me advice. as i purchased j7 pro 10days before and i updated it as soon as i got. so nw i didnt knw this typing issue is before alrdy or it is after patch update. bcz it is really irritating. what u type and what it writes. really suck.. samsung sucks. please sombdy give me advice who is using j7 pro before dec patch update.

that problem is because of last update.

Samsung is not understanding users trouble.
made a big mistake by selecting Samsung mobile.
other brands having very well fast development support.

this really sucks. even j7 prime or j7 2016 having mch bettr speed. if there is any software update mistake then they should take imidiate action on it

it is after.. i m using pro. Samsung gave Dec update a horrible update. App crushing , phone freezing, typing slow. app opens slow. respose slow. WIFI slow after update
