When I pluged my earphones the music started to change by itself and the Google assistant and bixby started to pop up the volume started to rise and fall by itself

I bought my phone like 2 weeks before but I had Android 12 out of the box in my a 52 even though it is supposed to have Android 11 . I bought it brand new with the selaed package and trcsl approval
