Device purchased on on 03-09-25. The device has alot of battery issues in just 21 days. Haven't got out of old samsung device issue and then this. You need to give me my refund for this worst device.

Did already, their internal policy states that only upto 3 years it's free. Post that customer has to pay even when it's not their mistake. Businesss
Update:Samsung informs that their internal policy states that if your phone is older than 3 years and any of this issue which is known to samsung arises then it will be a cost to customer which is INR(12-14k)This is not at all acceptable
