Your charging port might be clogged with dirt... get a toothpick and clean it, if you use something conductive like a needle then make sure your phone is off when you clean the port.

I'm a Samsung loyalist. I only used Nokia and Sony Ericsson Walkman phones prior to 2008, and I haven't used any other phone maker since then. I'm using the A55 now (my 11th Samsung phone). To be honest, I don't see myself using any other brand.
