There's no way the A-series would get a new update at the same time as the flagship devices, it has never happened before..they just rolled out the update in Korea, we gonna get it in a week or two.
Your charging port might be clogged with dirt... get a toothpick and clean it, if you use something conductive like a needle then make sure your phone is off when you clean the port.
