I tried to make a payment via samsung pay on 27.09.22. The payment failed, the app shows I get a refund. I raised a query 5 days ago. I called their customer service and gave all details. But no refund till date. When can I expect a refund?

The bank has released the amount successfully to samsung pay(Axis bank), but samsung pay failed to credit it to the receiver. So its beyond my understanding that why would the bank take any responsibility.
