Unfortunately I'm also stuck on 4g for the same phone with jio. However I ported my other sim from Vodafone to airtel. Since airtel has Non Standalone 5g I'm able to use the same on my Hong Kong S21 Ultra.

Download ACR Phone app and ACH along with it. Works super. Google it
