Z fold 6 (usa unlocked version) not getting jio 5g..says that my device is not 5g compatible...what to do?

Recently purchased tab A9+..having issues with pinch zoom,pinch zoom is very laggy and sometimes it doesn't seem to function at all..same issues across webpages,gallery pictures and in-games.how to reslove this issue?
