I must admit I was skeptical after reading through all these messages. But I'm happy to report that I received my gifts 2 days ago. That was about 10 days after I submitted the claim. All in all, it was a good experience 

Hi. I have pre-ordered the S21 Ultra (via the Vodacom app), do I need to do anything further to get the buds and smart tag?Also, been reading a lot of the comments saying that gifts were never sent. Please advise as to how I can avoid this scenario?
