I recenty bought A16 and now a problem occurs while receiving the calls....That whenever i reveive a call suddenly the speaker automaticly on and the voice is louder then usual....And after making speaker on the voice gets back to its normal level......

All the wait become features for samsung UI 3.0.in A21s i got android 11 updated with UI 3.1 and it is good to use.easy to operate and good intergace with some improvements and new features.happy for this update.

I am using SAMSUNG GALAXY since last 7 years.Now i have A21s which i bought in december 2020 and i dont get secure folder in this phone.Please provide us SECURE FOLDER and inbuilt APP LOCK.
