The new update does not help. I have the UI 2.5 on my Note 9. Sad.

I have the same issue. Have the Note 2, 8, 9 and 10. The Note 9 also discoloured. Tried to reset the phone as described. Still the same problem. Still no response from them. Looks like it's time to switch to iPhone. Sad.
