Look at this **bleep**. This is the worst service I've ever seen. **bleep** Samsung. Their chatbot keeps saying that I'm being connected to a human assistant, but it's just stuck on connecting and I haven't received any reply.
While recording videos on my Samsung S23, when I switch from the 1x main lens to the 3x telephoto lens, the OIS shakes and also records an annoying shaking sound.
