I just wanna knowif there's any active community admin of 'Samsung Members' to maintain and get the servey of users. Or it's just for the Members to help themselves.
Yes, there are community admins and moderators who continuously keep on monitoring the community. They usually have the "Community manager" tag beside their username. Then comes Samsung Makers (a.k.a. brand ambassadors) who are here to help other Members with all kinds of technical difficulties. They usually have a purple star beside their username. If you face any problems, please feel free to reach out to us and we will give our best to help you.
In the event that one Samsung Maker is unable to help you, other Makers will try to help you and get your issue resolved.
Also we have our Expert level senior members who have quite a lot of experience and loves sharing their expertise with the community.
