Battery draining without any app usage

Please check this out battery was drain to 1 % from 80% no app usage 

Also it was charge until 23 in 3 minutes 

What's happening , anyone has idea ?

Some apps use your battery even without opening it. To find them go to developer options>running services.
Then stop processes you think you don't need
