Otherswe don't wanna know about their beta tests, we want their actual product and its upto them to decide when will we get that .
so whenever any company gives u a timeline they have to stick to that ( when u have a presentation due you have to give it at that specific time whether u completed it or not . if you completed it then u get the point but if u didn't thats on you. nobody takes the burden of others)
So, its their job to make sure the Beta tests are done before the actual date specified for a final product launch.
or if there is a delay they should inform their customers officially.
why should the customer keep on suffering?
they don't provide the updates on time and they don't know whats the delay or how long will it be delayed. its like nobody has a clue of whats going on.
and you are stuck waiting for ages, praying everyday with Anxiety that when will that Problem be fixed or when will that update come.
Thats not how a good customer services rating is achieved!

Otherswhy stick to one that keeps on delaying major updates to its costumer? instead of going for the one that regularly gives updates and addressing issues more promptly.
we aren't just talking about regular monthly patches. who gives a **bleep** about them unless u have an error in ur software and are waiting for Samsung to fix it.
we are talking about major updates.
why do people buy latest smartphones? to get the latest things.
also, in case of Samsung, they provide a timeline for updates and then don't follow it themselves.
like we didn't make that timeline for Samsung, it did this on its on.
on the other hand, Apple gives updates to all the phones within 2_3 days hardly one week later if there is any exception.
its not about the hardware anymore. its all about Software Now.
and if a Certain company treats its costumers like **bleep** and doesn't give them promised updates on Time. then SCREW IT.
why stick to that company?

Otherswhy is that? bcz either the customers don't reach out to Company or the Company is BS.
Unless we demand a better thing , this won't change.
they will keep on selling stuff people will keep on buying but rather than being happy they will buy out of necessity.
This is the main difference i experienced between Pakistan and US.
people there demand stuff, that pushes the companies to make proper arrangements . people demand what they need and companies have to provide that otherwise they will go out of Business bcz they can't fool people there like they do here.
The customer support is superb in US still their people dont buy Samsung as much as **bleep** ppl do .
so they keep on pushing, special offers.. getting feedback from costumers and offering what people want instead of what they can give to people.
This needs to change in Pakistan, if we ever wanna be on the same plane.
we need to demand them why should we pay more for a garbage and then should be thankful that we ever got it?
we pay more, we get less and Samsung Pakistan is incompetent on a whole different level. nobody has a slight clue of what is going on and when it will be fixed.
you can actually see the difference when u talk to a US representative and when u talk to a Pakistani representative. its like Poles apart.
P:S, i will change to another company after this but doing everything in my power to let them know what caused me to make this decision and the things which they keep on boasting about isn't even good.
but the major change will only happen when a substantial amount of people stop buying their **bleep** and demand something good. so their sales drop and they work on it.
rather than just 5 6 people not buying samsung.

OthersThe only purpose of posting anything here is to either find a fix from people who have already fixed it on their own or deny the notion that Samsung is all great no worries.
and then convince people to not buy this junk and move on collectively. share their experiences and let their sales down.

OthersIf you post in US samsung members community, you will get a response from their moderators and they will check back on you whether your problem was solved on not .
so in a way the problem gets solved.
but here there is only one moderator and he has nothing to contribute rather than saying please visit the service center.
Sometimes, moderator additionally provide information from the developers themselves e.g, The Israeli app and the Korean app moderators tell you the schedule in advance in the comments etc. but that can be called as an expection.
