I am using a dialog sim , I want to know when I am buying a new phone ,can I transfer e-sim to the phone by my self without going to dialog arcade

Yes bro its absolutely possible without going to an arcade. I can share a tutorial if u need it, but it's very simple, especially if u are going from one phone to another in the same ecosystem.

Dialog doesn't control esim transfers bro, it's done on the phone. Dialog doesn't need to be involved in the transfer at all.

Hi bro.. I think you already got a lot of good answers for your question. I'm also using Hutch e-sim since the S23 Ultra. It was hassle free to switch from physical sim to esim. I have requested it through an email from Hutch and they request some additional information for verification purposes. That's all. Got it done all online and within a day. So the biggest advantage as I can with Esim is by there's a high chance to find your device if its stolen or lost because someone can't simply remove your esim like a physical sim. Sorry for the late reply 😊
