OthersOn the other hand, esim is on the phone itself. You can convert the esim using the dialog website. ( they verify and send you a QR to scan )
Yes, you can transfer the esim to a new phone. ( carrier support needed , As my knowledge only apple support for Dialog now )
I personally use dual e-sim on my S24 Ultra as it supports that function. The downside is youcannot swap the sim into another phone because esim is baked to the phone.

OthersApple supports both Mobitel and Dialog eSIM, but I think for Samsung only Mobitel support right now.
Some of the pros and cons are.
Pros
1. eSIM provides seamless connectivity across different regions without needing to change the SIM card.
2. eSIM can be activated online within a few minutes without visiting a store.
3. Can enable and disable and keep like 3 or 2 eSIMs and switch between them when we want.
4. Since eSIM is embedded in the device. The risk of loss or damage compared to the physical SIM is less.
Cons
1. All devices are not compatible with eSIM technology.
2. Can't install the SIM directly to another phone because eSIM is embedded in the phone.
3. Some users may require technical support when registering an eSIM.
