go to samfw website and enter ur phones model number for eg SM-G996 for S21. Then scroll down and check which csc has gotten A14. then download samfw tool and change ur csc to that one if it shows up on the supported cscs drop down menu. then you should immediately get the update once ur phone boots up again and you go to check for update

search google "how to change csc" to see the steps on how to use samfw tool

i'd suggest backing up ur data before doing it but it should not wipe ur phone. 

ive already changed my csc twice and it didnt wipe my phone.

Because it is not copy pasted correctly.
There is no sense of checking A14 CSC for S21
