I purchased Samsung S21Ultra through pre-booking on 1 Feb 21. I was due to receive galaxy buds Pro as pre booking offer. Todate I am contacting and writing to Samsung authorities who has failed to deliver my goods to me. Now I am going to highlight every where on social media and product reviews about Samsung display of poor services
same here.. purchased and redeemed voucher on 1st feb... received confirmation call on 4th feb... they said they will deliver in 3-4 days but they havent to this day
