Diagnose device using member app. And check the microphone by simply recording something. If mic is defaulty, then it's hardware problem. If mic is good. Then may b three is a glitch. Try to reset and wait for next patch.
Is this happen in every mic use or only for call? Like in normal sound recording or in whatsoever call. Do you hear distortion as a result from diagnoses?
