How we turn off flash messages in Samsung Galaxy A32..???

just simply Serch flash in Settings.

There's an issue with Samsung messages app. Flash messages still appear even after disabling flash messages from messages app.

Only solution is to use another sms app instead of Samsung's one.

-I use Pulse Message App. It is much much better than Samsung messages app.

Yep, Samsung one doesn't matters unless they want to expand the ecosystem and launch an app for windows.

Yes. OTP automatically verifies.

Smart reply, OTP, Chat from desktop(Pro version, or use Moded App) everything works flawlessly.

Only thing lacks is its theme and interface style. But you can can change that too to AMOLED, FULL DARK.
