than find your firmware hope there is Pie update availabe
than download firmware and Odin and flash it

brother there is a simple way to update your device.
Get your important data backup. As this process is gona delete all your data. Then you will have to download your frimware from internet according to your phone model number. Then you will have to dispactch that file via odin software.
