When I try to configure my work email at Samsung Email, system requests for updating of security settings. When I opt for update it goes to encryption option. Encryption doesn't complete with a message that data partition has been corrupted ask for a reset. Upon reseting everything move back to factory defaults. Please advise. shafiqmustafa@hotmail.com
