I recently registered and submitted my claim to redeem the Free Galaxy Tab 11 as part of the Galaxy S26 Ultra benefit ( Dated 3-April 2026). However, I have not received any confirmation via email or phone. 
 I'm unable to use Samsung Galaxy Chat Support. It shows "You cannot type right now" even during online hours. 
What to do now?

I had the same issue. so i connected live support on Samsung official site. they will verify your claim and then they told you to wait for 1 to 2 weeks.
