Gift redeem confirmation problem and unable to use Samsung chat Support

I recently registered and submitted my claim to redeem the Free Galaxy Tab 11 as part of the Galaxy S26 Ultra benefit ( Dated 9-April 2026). However, I have not received any confirmation via email or phone. 
I'm unable to use Samsung Galaxy Chat Support. It shows "You cannot type right now" even during online hours. 
• Why is the support service not performing efficiently or effectively?

Support Is not effective, if you have submitted the initial request claim A11, just wait.

Also, you will not receive any call or email....

I contacted Samsung Pakistan Support on WhatsApp. After I was connected with a Samsung agent, I was asked to reconfirm all my details and was told that my gift would be delivered within two weeks. I have always trusted Samsung as a well-known brand and have been using it for nearly two decades, but the delivery process should be smoother and easier for everyone. It’s easy to receive deliveries from even simple brands. Additionally, the policy to retrieve the gift from Samsung is unsatisfactory; it feels as though the brand avoids taking legal responsibility. It’s unfortunate.

Samsung actually is not directly operating in Pakistan.. its the third party.
Buy anything from samsung official store and you will get a receipt of some local vendor not of samsung...
So you can expect a delay ...

I contacted them over the chat multiple times and selected the option to talk to Expert for which they said they are connecting right away, however, no response yet. Then i called them at the given number and it said you've exceeded the limit to contact Samsung. What am I supposed to do now?

I didn't have any issues contacting them on WhatsApp. You could try again later or ask someone who knows how to solve this problem, since I'm not sure.

Thank you for sharing this link, I now tried Samsung's online chat service and they responded. Waiting for the Tab to be delivered in sha Allah.
