USA carrier phone don't get updates easily in other regions. As your phone is tempered due to cpid approval most probably it won't get update And s22 plus update will be after s23 series

As you said, your phone is cpid approved. It is not official PTA approved here in Pakistan, and most of the US phones are network locked. You have to pay duty in dollar to remove carrier lock. Ppl here in local market **bleep** bypass everything to save duties taxes. If your phone is carrier lock, then At&t servers won't push update to your phone. Carrier branded phones get updates from their server after customization, not directly from Samsung company.
