Galaxy S
Hello Samsung Community,
I am using a Galaxy S22 Ultra (SM-S908U) with active CSC: XAA (USA Unlocked) as shown in Service Provider Software Version:
SAOMC_SM-S908U_OYN_XAA_14_0015 XAA/XAA,XAA/ATT
Currently I am using this device in Pakistan.
My software details:
One UI 6.1 (Android 14)
Security Patch Level: January 2025
When I check for updates via:
Settings → Software Update
Samsung Members Diagnostics
Samsung Smart Switch (PC)
It always shows: “Latest version is installed.”
I understand that updates are rolled out in batches and depend on region and carrier configurations. Since this is a USA Unlocked CSC (XAA) device being used outside its original region, I would like clarification:
• Is the update delay due to regional rollout restrictions for XAA firmware?
• Is there any official solution to receive updates while using the device in Pakistan?
• Should I continue waiting for OTA, or is service center assistance required?
There is no nearby authorized Samsung service center in my area.
I would appreciate guidance from moderators or experienced members.
Thank you.
