Exert your sim card out from the mobile and restart it.
After restarting install vpn using wifi from google play store, open vpn and set your server for canada.
Then go to Samsung member app then you will get a notice to register in beta version
Then go to setting and you will get a software update

Ya 9.0.0 ye hota ha beta.......... 10.1.0
Ya 9.0.1 ye beta ni hota...
Soo beta test is not available for Pakistan but beta 10 android after stable available for Pakistan like others country..
