Galaxy SThe Samsung S10 Plus (SM-G975F) should definitely be able to update past Android 10 and UI 2.0. The issue might be related to a few things:
Region Lock: Sometimes updates are rolled out based on region. It’s possible your phone’s region settings aren’t getting the update yet. You might look into settings or options to see if any region lock settings are preventing the update from going through. Playing Drift Boss on your S10 Plus after it’s updated would be even more enjoyable!
Custom ROM or Rooting: If your phone has been rooted or has a custom ROM installed, it might prevent official updates.
Storage Space: Make sure you have enough free storage space on your phone for the update.
Software Glitch: Sometimes a simple restart can fix software glitches that prevent updates. You could also try clearing the cache partition.
If none of these work, it might be worth visiting a Samsung service center to get it checked out. Getting those updates will give you a smoother and more feature-rich experience!
