I am using Galaxy S23 ultra japanese variant in pakistan, i didn't receive Onw ui 6.1 update yet? Can anyone explain/Help? Is it yet to come?

G s23 ultra check ur imei number and country csc .oneui 6.1 is launched in all region .go for manual update .first backup ur data and manual update the software

Not patched or anything. it's non-pta, and i think that should not be a problem
