Extremely disappointed with Samsung’s handling of pre-booking commitments.

I purchased the Samsung S26 Ultra almost 2 months ago and redeemed the free tablet voucher on the same day. Since then, I have only been receiving the same repeated response from customer support: “Please wait one more week.”

I have been a loyal Samsung customer for more than 15 years and honestly never expected this kind of experience from a premium global brand. The most upsetting part is that my kids have been waiting excitedly for the tablet for the last 2 months, and every week I have to tell them there is another delay with no clear timeline or update from Samsung.

If Samsung cannot fulfill promotional commitments on time, then such campaigns should not be advertised in the first place. Customers buy flagship devices with trust and expectation that promises made by the company will be honored professionally.

I sincerely hope Samsung Pakistan takes this matter seriously and resolves it immediately instead of giving customers the same copy-paste response repeatedly.
